IDA Radio Live from unda
IDA Radio, an independent online station based in Tallinn and Helsinki, will set up their booth at unda on Saturday, September 21st! IDA will be streaming a unique program from the event, featuring DJ sets and conversations with artists and speakers from the unda lineup.
Listeners can look forward to discussing all things Tartu, hosted by Stina Leek, founder of the local alternative creativity community Ajuokse, and long-time Tartu nightlife curator and musician Paul Lepasson. In addition, our guest artist Akimat, from Scotland, will deliver a reading on swamps.
Special DJ sets are also in store from Yewande Adeniran (aka Ifeoluwa), the Fandango afterparty crew, Big Leg, and our very own Kristopher Luigend.
IDA Radio, founded in Tallinn in 2018, specialises in underground music and culture. It offers an eclectic mix of electronic, experimental, and alternative sounds. The station features DJ sets, live performances, and talk shows, providing a platform for local and international talent. IDA Radio promotes non-commercial, creative expression and fosters a global community around cutting-edge music.
In 2021, the station expanded with the launch of IDA Helsinki in Finland. IDA Helsinki shares the same ethos of promoting unique, underground sounds while highlighting the local music scene.
